Ducray KERACNYL Serum is a highly concentrated care for blemished skin, wrinkles and pimple marks. It contains the unique combination of Myrtacine®, vitamin PP, azelaic acid and glycolic acid. Myrtacine® fights the bacterium C.acnes and soothes pimples. Vitamin PP soothes the skin, azelaic acid corrects marks caused by hyperpigmentation and glycolic acid smoothes the skin and opens the pores. The serum is applied morning and evening all over the face and can be used as a make-up base. The application should avoid sunlight and a light protection product should always be used. If tingling is uncomfortable, application can be reduced to once daily. The serum is non-comedogenic. The product offers good clinical results for pimples, pimple marks and wrinkles. Pimples have been shown to reduce by 52%, red pimple marks by 36% and brown pimple marks by 41%. Wrinkle depth was reduced by 20%. User studies confirm that the skin is hydrated, purified and mattified. A clinical study was conducted with 30 test subjects to achieve these results.
