Directions for use of the article Carotene Mega + Selenium Capsules: - Food supplement with beta-carotene, vitamins C and E and selenium. - Directions: Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid with a meal. - Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. - Nutritional declaration: daily dose (1 capsule) contains 11 mg mixed natural carotenoids, 10 mg natural beta-carotene (equivalent to 1,667 µg vitamin A), 160 mg vitamin C, 12 mg natural vitamin E and 100 µg selenium. - Ingredients: Vitamin C, soybean oil, gelatine, selenium, coconut fat, carotenoid preparation (olive oil, naturally mixed carotenoids), sorbitol, vitamin E, palm kernel oil, beeswax yellow, soya lecithin and colouring agents. - Allergens: Soya. - Net quantity: 74.3 g (90 capsules). - Country of origin: Germany. - Manufacturer: Astrid Twardy GmbH, Feringastraße 4, 85774 Unterföhring. - Further information: Do not take more than the recommended daily intake.
