Carotene Mega® + Selenium Capsules are a dietary supplement containing beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, and selenium. These capsules support various bodily functions and contribute to cell protection.

Beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A in the body as needed. Vitamin A is important for normal vision and maintaining healthy skin. Both vitamin A and selenium play a role in the normal function of the immune system. Selenium, vitamin C, and vitamin E help protect cells from oxidative stress.

The recommended intake is 1 capsule daily, taken with sufficient liquid at mealtimes. Keep the capsules out of reach of small children, in a cool, dry place, and away from light.

Nutritional information per daily dose (1 capsule)

Mixed natural carotenoids: 11 mg, of which natural beta-carotene: 10 mg, equivalent to vitamin A: 1,667 µg, vitamin C: 160 mg, natural vitamin E: 12 mg α-TE, selenium: 100 µg.

Ingredients

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), soybean oil, gelatin, selenium (selenium yeast), coconut fat, humectant: glycerin, carotenoid preparation [Olivenöl, natürlich gemischte Carotinoide (Algen) (30%)] (4.3%), humectant: sorbitol, vitamin E (RRR-α-tocopherol), palm kernel oil, stabilizer: yellow beeswax, emulsifier: soy lecithin, colorants: iron oxides and hydroxides.

This product is gluten-free and lactose-free. However, it contains soy as an allergen.
