Clotrimazole acis 3 combination pack is used to treat fungal infections of the vagina. The active ingredient clotrimazole inhibits the growth and reproduction of fungal cells such as yeasts and some bacteria. It is applied vaginally with a vaginal tablet inserted deep into the vagina on three consecutive days in the evening. In addition, a cream is used to treat the outer areas. The treatment usually lasts 3 days, but can be extended if necessary. Caution is advised in children under 18 years of age. Possible side effects may include skin hypersensitivity reactions. Allergy to antifungal agents should be ruled out before use. The medicinal product should be protected from light and stored at room temperature. For more information, see the package leaflet.
