The Doppelherz B12 Vita-Energy drinking ampoules contain the following ingredients: water, fructose, isomaltulose, L-glutamine, inulin, L-serine, natural aroma, citric acid as acidifier, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate as preservatives, elderberry extract, maltodextrin, niacin, magnesium salts of fatty acids as anti-caking agents, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, silicon dioxideRelease agents and vitamin B1.Isomaltulose serves as a source of glucose and fructose.

Each drinking bottle contains: 450 µg vitamin B12 (18000% NRV), 0.275 mg vitamin B1 (25% NRV), 0.35 mg vitamin B6 (25% NRV), 2.4 mg niacin (15% NRV), 40 mg L-serine and 45 mg L-glutamine. NRV refers to the nutrient reference values according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.There are no nutrient reference values available for L-serine and L-glutamine.

Dosage

The recommended consumption is: Consume the contents of a drinking bottle daily.First turn the cap to the right past the click to open the nutrient chamber with the powder.Then shake the drinking bottle well until the nutrient powder has completely dissolved in the liquid.Finally, turn the cap to the left and drink the liquid.
