Dosage

Recommended consumption: Consume the contents of 1 drinking bottle daily.Tighten the cap to the right (direction of arrow) until it stops: the nutrient chamber opens.Shake the drinking bottle well until the nutrient powder has completely dissolved in the liquid.Unscrew the cap to the left (in the direction of the arrow) and drink liquid.
