The ingredients of Doppelherz B12+D3 Duo Active drinking ampoules include water, fructose, isomaltulose, L-glutamine, L-serine, inulin, natural flavor, preservatives sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, cyanocobalamin, color beta-carotene andCholecalciferol.Isomaltulose serves as a source of glucose and fructose.

The product contains the following nutrients per daily serving, which corresponds to a drinking bottle: 350 μg vitamin B12 (14000% NRV), 0.55 mg vitamin B1 (50% NRV), 0.7 mg vitamin B6 (50% NRV), 8 mg niacin (50% NRV), 25 μg vitamin D (500% NRV), 40 mgL-Serine and 45 mg L-Glutamine. NRV stands for nutrient reference values according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.There are no nutrient reference values available for L-serine and L-glutamine.
