Nyrax 200 mg/200 mg Kidney Tablets are a herbal medicine to support the excretory function of the kidneys. The medicine contains the active ingredient complex of asparagus rootstock powder and parsley herb powder. It can be used for water retention in the legs, feet, arms and hands and helps to rebalance the body's water balance. The draining effect of the medicinal plants activates the kidneys and flushes out excess water. The medicine is well tolerated and has a neutral effect on electrolytes and metabolism. It can be used in various patient groups, such as people with vein problems, high blood pressure or overweight. The recommended dosage for adults aged 18 and over is 4 film-coated tablets 3 times a day with 1-2 glasses of water. Children and adolescents under 18 years of age should not take the medicine. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking the tablets after just two days as I didn't tolerate them well..... Headaches and extreme thirst, despite drinking plenty of fluids, were my side effects. I'll just try nettle tea....

I always have water in my legs, especially in summer, which hurts a lot and hinders me when shopping. I have been using Nyrax for 1 week. I am very impressed. My swelling is gone and the pain is almost completely gone. The product is really very draining and helps quite quickly.
