Nyrax 200 mg/200 mg Kidney Tablets is a traditional herbal medicine used to support the excretory function of the kidneys. It contains asparagus rootstock powder and parsley herb powder as active ingredients. The usual dosage for adults aged 18 and over is 4 film-coated tablets 3 times a day, taken before meals with 1-2 glasses of water. If necessary, the dose can be reduced to 2 film-coated tablets 3 times a day. The duration of use is usually 2 to 4 weeks. The medicine should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. It should be kept away from heat and at room temperature. Side effects rarely occur. It should be noted that in certain conditions, such as hypersensitivity to the ingredients or inflammation of the kidneys, the medicine should not be used. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking the tablets after just two days as I didn't tolerate them well..... Headaches and extreme thirst, despite drinking plenty of fluids, were my side effects. I'll just try nettle tea....
