The macula, also called the yellow spot, is a small area in the retina with the highest density of visual cells.It contains the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, which are responsible for its yellow color.Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the health of visual cells and the retina because the body cannot produce them itself.

Ingredients (brown capsule): Omega-3 fatty acid concentrate from fish oil, L-ascorbic acid, gelatin, fully hydrogenated coconut oil, coconut oil, lutein-rich extract from Tagetes erecta, humectants: glycerin, zinc oxide, copper sulfate, zeaxanthin-rich extract from Tagetes erecta, emulsifier: lecithins, coloring: iron oxides and hydroxides.

Ingredients (transparent capsule): Omega-3 fatty acid concentrate from fish oil, gelatin, humectants: glycerin, D-a-tocopherol.

Composition Per morning serving (1 brown and 1 transparent capsule): vitamin C 180 mg, vitamin E 15.4 mg -TE, zinc 15 mg, copper 1,000 μg, lutein 15 mg, zeaxanthin 2.15 mg, omega-3 fatty acids 591 mg, of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 423 mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 88mg.

Composition Per evening serving (1 transparent capsule): Vitamin E 15.4 mg -TE, omega-3 fatty acids 420 mg, of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 301 mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 63 mg.

Composition Per daily serving (3 capsules): vitamin C 180 mg, vitamin E 30.8 mg -TE, zinc 15 mg, copper 1,000 μg, lutein 15 mg, zeaxanthin 2.15 mg, omega-3 fatty acids 1,011 mg, of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 724 mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 151 mg.

Dosage

Recommended consumption of Centrovision Makula Omega-3 capsules: Take twice a day, preferably with a meal, whole, with plenty of liquid.In the morning one vital capsule (brown capsule) and one omega-3 fatty acid capsule (transparent capsule), in the evening one omega-3 fatty acid capsule (transparent capsule).
