Dosage and intake

A daily portion consists of one sachet of powder (2 g) and one capsule.Stir the powder into approx. 100 ml of still water and drink on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a meal.The capsule can be taken with a meal with some liquid.The product is suitable for children aged 7 and over.
