Instructions for use of the article Kijimea K53: - Kijimea K53 is a food supplement with 53 selected bacterial strains, vitamin B12 and biotin. - It is recommended to take 3 capsules once a day, unchewed, with sufficient liquid with a meal over a period of 3 days (3-day course with a total of 9 capsules). - The intake should be repeated at intervals of 2 weeks for at least 6, preferably 12 weeks. - Children from 1 year of age can take 1 capsule per day, from 10 years of age 2 capsules per day and from 15 years of age 3 capsules per day (capsules for children should be opened and the contents taken with liquid). - Kijimea K53 should be kept dry, below 25 °C and out of the reach of children. - It contains microcultures, biotin and vitamin B12. - Kijimea K53 is gluten- and lactose-free, vegetarian and free from additives, preservatives, flavourings and sweeteners. - It is used for dietary management of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis (hay fever) and associated symptoms such as runny/itchy/congested nose, sneezing and itchy/watery eyes. - The specially selected microculture strains promote the balance of the gastrointestinal microbiome and can significantly reduce the symptoms of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis. - Kijimea K53 should only be taken under medical supervision and the recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. - Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. - There are no known side effects.
