Dosage

The recommended consumption for Mybiotic Protect powder is once daily.The daily portion of powder (2 g, 1 sachet) should be stirred into approx. 100 ml of still water and drunk on an empty stomach, e.g.B. before going to bed or 15 minutes before a meal.

During antibiotic use, an interval of at least 2 hours should be maintained between taking antibiotics.
