Symbio® Life Satylia® are food supplements in capsule form containing the special bacterial strain Hafnia alvei HA4597® and the minerals zinc and chromium. These support an active metabolism. Hafnia alvei are bacteria from the Hafniaceae family that occur naturally in raw milk products and the human intestinal flora. They play an important role in cheese ripening. The bacterial strain Hafnia alvei HA4597® was isolated from raw milk cheese and is used in the production of some types of cheese. Symbio® Life Satylia® contains freeze-dried bacteria that become active on contact with water. Zinc and chromium in Symbio® Life Satylia® are involved in enzymatic reactions in the body. The product is packaged in enteric-coated DRCAPS™ capsules to protect the ingredients from stomach acid. The recommended intake is two capsules per day, one with breakfast and one with lunch, with a large glass of water. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It does not contain gluten or lactose. People with hypersensitivity to the ingredients should not use the product. It is recommended to consult the attending physician, especially in case of diabetes.
