Doppelherz Garlic Capsules with Mistletoe + Hawthorn is traditionally used to prevent general hardening of the arteries (general arteriosclerosis). How should Doppelherz Garlic Capsules with Mistletoe + Hawthorn be taken? Always take Doppelherz Garlic Capsules with Mistletoe + Hawthorn exactly as directed in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure. The usual dose for adults is 1-2 soft capsules 3 times a day, each taken unchewed before or during a meal with sufficient liquid (preferably 1 glass of drinking water). There are no sufficient study results for concrete dosage recommendations in case of impaired kidney or liver function. It is a preventive measure, the success of which has not yet been confirmed in clinical studies, but which is justified by traditional use. The other ingredients are refined rapeseed oil, gelatine formaldehyde condensate, glycerol, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, butterfat, sugar couleur E 150a, medium-chain triglycerides, phospholipids from sunflower seeds. Enteric coating means that the capsule does not dissolve in the stomach but only in the intestine. Important notes: Caution in case of allergy to leek, garlic, chives and onion!
