Summary: NYDA Lice spray is an effective remedy against head lice and nits. It contains high and low viscosity dimethicone, medium chain triglycerides, jojoba wax and fragrances. The lice spray works physically by blocking the airways of the lice and suffocating them. It has a short application time of 10 minutes and is well tolerated. The lice spray is used together with a lice comb to remove the parasites from the hair. It is suitable for babies, pregnant women and nursing mothers. NYDA Lice spray can be applied twice, with 9 days between applications. It is reimbursable and covered by health insurance companies for children up to 12 years of age if a prescription is presented. It is also reimbursable for adolescents up to 18 years of age if there is a developmental disorder. The application is done on dry hair by applying the spray thoroughly from the roots to the tips and leaving it on for 10 minutes. The lice and nits can then be removed with the enclosed comb. The hair can then be washed normally. Contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided during application. The package insert should be read carefully before use. Manufacturer: G.
