Directions for use of the article Optifast home Drink Strawberry Powder: Product characteristics: - Optifast home is a meal replacement for a weight-controlled diet or part of a daily ration for weight-controlled diets. - The product can be consumed hot or cold. - It contains phenylalanine source and sweetener. Use/Recommendation: - For a weight-controlled diet: replace one or two main meals daily with one sachet each of Optifast home Drink. - For a daily ration: Use 4 sachets/day to provide all essential nutrients for the day. - Adequate fluid intake is important (at least 2 litres per day). - When replacing all meals with Optifast home, do not use for more than 3 weeks without medical advice. Preparation: - Add the contents of one sachet to 200 ml of cold or warm water. - Stir or shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. - Consume product immediately after preparation. Storage conditions: - Store in a cool and dry place. - Cover prepared product well and consume within 6 hours at room temperature or 24 hours in the refrigerator.
