Aktivaderm ND skin cure with active probiotics is a medical skin care product for the treatment of neurodermatitis. The skin cure displaces the pathogen Staphylococcus aureus and stabilises the disturbed skin microbiome. It can be used in an acute condition or for stabilisation in basic care. It is applied either as a partial bath or as an overlay with soaked cloths. The skin should be left to air dry after application and not rinsed off. The skin treatment is well tolerated and contains no chemical additives. It can be used on babies, children and adults. The effectiveness of the skin cure was proven in studies in which neurodermatitis sufferers used a probiotic skin cure. The skin improved after a short time, symptoms such as itching and skin dryness were relieved and the number of pathogenic bacteria was reduced. The skin treatment contains the bioactive bacterial complex Baplexin 621, which consists of nine selected live bacterial strains. These bacterial strains positively influence the barrier function of the skin and the skin's own immune system. The skin cure can restore the natural balance of the skin in neurodermatitis and actively care for and regenerate the skin. It does not contain cortisone or antibiotics. It is used once a day in the acute phase and once or twice a week as basic care and for stabilisation. The dosage is done with the enclosed dosing spoon.
