Instructions for use of the article MyBIOTIK Sport: MyBIOTIK Sport is a dietary supplement containing metabolically active bacterial cultures, magnesium and vitamin C. Magnesium supports muscle function and the maintenance of healthy bones. Vitamin C helps maintain a normal immune system during intense physical exertion and also has a positive effect on energy metabolism. Other ingredients such as vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The bacterial cultures contained belong to the natural components of our intestinal flora in the small and large intestine. The recommended amount to be consumed is 3 g powder (one sachet) in 100 ml still water. It is recommended to take the drink on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a meal.
