The micronutrients contained in MyBIOTIK® SPORT have various health benefits.Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, including the heart muscle, and to the maintenance of normal bones.Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion.Both magnesium and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.This promotes energy and endurance.The bacterial cultures contained in the genera lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, enterococci and lactococci are natural components of our intestinal flora in the small and large intestine.

MyBIOTIK® SPORT contains the following ingredients: rice starch, maltodextrin, magnesium oxide, coated vitamin C (vitamin C, fully hydrogenated oil based on coconut and palm oil), potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, enzymes: alpha-amylase, bacterial cultures (0.6%) (consisting of Bifidobacterium bifidum W23, Bifidobacterium lactis W51, Enterococcus faecium W54,Lactobacillus casei W56, Lactobacillus salivarius W24, Lactococcus lactis W58), manganese sulfate.

Nutrient information per daily serving: Magnesium 187.5 mg (50% of the reference amount), vitamin C 200 mg (250% of the reference amount), bacterial cultures 2x10^9 KBE (no recommendation from EU available).

Dosage

The daily portion of 3 g powder (1 sachet) should be placed in an empty glass and dissolved in approx. 100 ml of still water while stirring.It is recommended to drink the product on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a meal.MyBIOTIK® SPORT is suitable for young people aged 15 and over.
