Per daily portion (= 1 tablet): collagen hydrolyzate 100 mg, calcium 300 mg, vitamin D 5 µg, folic acid 400 µg, vitamin C 75 mg, magnesium 200 mg, iron 5 mg, zinc 5 mg.

Dosage
