Cefanight Stix are food supplements with melatonin. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and relieve the subjective sensation of jet lag. The Stix are vegan and gluten-free and contain no allergens, colourings, gelatine or yeast. They have a fruity blackcurrant flavour and are taken without liquid. Adults take the contents of one sachet shortly before bedtime. Each sachet contains 1 mg melatonin. It should not be taken before operating machinery or driving, and alcohol should be avoided. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, persons taking medication and persons under 18 years of age should consult a doctor before taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated.
