Instructions for use for DAOSIN Tablets, 30 pc
Daosin tablets are a food supplement containing the enzyme DiAminOxidase (DAO), which supports the body's own histamine breakdown. It is recommended to take 1 tablet 15 minutes before a histamine-containing meal with some water, but not to chew. The maximum daily intake is 3 tablets, which corresponds to 3 histamine-containing meals. The tablet should be swallowed whole to allow the contents to pass unharmed through the stomach to the intestines. Daosin does not contain gelatine, histamine, lactose, fructose, gluten or artificial colours. The activity of the DAO-enzyme can be affected by alcohol and certain medications. People who regularly take medications should check with their doctor or pharmacist to see if they can affect histamine breakdown. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. I buy Daosin regularly and it helps me when I eat something that is not on the green list. It also only helps if you take it before eating and is not effective against symptoms that are not caused by histamine intolerance. I also have to take Ebastine tablets for other complaints, they help very well with medication and additives, but they are only available on prescription.

The tablets are quite tasteless. I had the impression that it alleviated my symptoms somewhat after eating.

Tired, listless, stomach ache, intestinal cramps and much more. I agonised until I received the correct diagnosis: histamine intolerance. "Simply" omit certain foods and there were no more problems. But as the problems disappeared, so did my zest for life! Then I discovered Daosin. Now I take a tablet 15-30 minutes before a histamine-rich meal and enjoy the evening. The enzyme works very well for me.

Taking Daosin 60 has demonstrably improved my quality of life. My stomach pains are significantly less, as are the cramps, and diarrhoea and nausea have virtually disappeared. I am glad to have found help for my histamine intolerance in Daosin and can only recommend it to others.

I found the capsules to be more effective. I may have to take more of the tablets to get the same effectiveness. But then there are no intestinal cramps and diarrhoea, so I'll stick with them.
