DAOSiN® tablets are a dietary supplement that contains the enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO).This enzyme helps the body break down histamine that is ingested through food.Many people have difficulty breaking down histamine, which can lead to intolerance to certain foods such as chocolate, aged cheese, tomatoes and red wine.DAOSiN® helps to tolerate these foods better by increasing the amount of DAO-in the small intestine and thus enabling sufficient breakdown of histamine.

The ingredients of DAOSiN® tablets include filler microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, acidity regulator sodium phosphate, emulsifier cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose, coating agent shellac, protein extract from pig kidney, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, acidity regulator calcium carbonate, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated coconut fat), stabilizer polydextrose andRelease agent talc.

The nutritional labeling of the valuable ingredients per tablet and per 3 tablets is as follows: protein extract from pig kidney 4.2 mg or 12.6 mg and of which diamine oxidase 0.3 mg or 0.9 mg.This corresponds to the recommended consumption for one histamine-containing meal or the maximum daily consumption recommendation for 3 histamine-containing meals.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet, taken with a little water 15 minutes before a meal containing histamine.The maximum daily intake is 3 tablets.
