Directions for use of the article Doppelherz system Omega-3 family: The soft tablets Doppelherz system Omega-3 family are food supplements and contain omega-3 fatty acids from sea fish oil. They are suitable for children from the age of 4, adolescents and adults. In case of a diet low in omega-3 fatty acids, it is recommended to chew 2 soft tablets daily. Each soft tablet contains 600 mg of sea fish oil, of which 270 mg are omega-3 fatty acids, 138 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 90 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The gel tabs have a pleasant lemon taste and are a good alternative for people who have difficulty taking capsules. The gel tabs also contain sweeteners xylitol and sorbitol as well as other ingredients such as gelatine, gum arabic, flavouring and citric acid. The product is lactose- and gluten-free. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. The food supplement should be stored in a cool place and out of the reach of small children. It may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
