Daosin helps with histamine abdominal weakness or intolerance by breaking down the inflammatory hormone histamine. Histamine is supplied to our body through food, but is also produced in the body itself and is normally broken down well by a hormone that we produce, although this is not the case for everyone. Daosin is used as a dietary supplement for (highly) histamine-containing foods such as tomatoes, seafood, wine, pork, vinegar-containing foods and matured foods (such as salami). As histamine is also produced in the body during allergies, it also breaks it down. The typical symptoms such as itching, tingling under the skin (also in the tip of the nose) and constricted oesophagus can be well controlled with this. I take one tablet for about half an hour - if necessary - and then one or two more if required. An established product, which unfortunately is not covered by health insurance!

The tablets are quite tasteless. I had the impression that it alleviated my symptoms somewhat after eating.

Tired, listless, stomach ache, intestinal cramps and much more. I agonised until I received the correct diagnosis: histamine intolerance. "Simply" omit certain foods and there were no more problems. But as the problems disappeared, so did my zest for life! Then I discovered Daosin. Now I take a tablet 15-30 minutes before a histamine-rich meal and enjoy the evening. The enzyme works very well for me.

I found the capsules to be more effective. I may have to take more of the tablets to get the same effectiveness. But then there are no intestinal cramps and diarrhoea, so I'll stick with them.
