Use/application/recommended consumption

Pour the contents of one bag into a cup and pour approx. 100 ml of hot, no longer boiling water over it.Dissolve while stirring and enjoy as warm as possible about 30-60 minutes before going to bed.The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
