Directions for use of the article Vivatlac Synbiotikum enteric-coated capsules: Vivatlac Synbiotic is a food supplement containing nine selected strains of live gut bacteria to target the gut flora. The capsules also contain the growth promoter fructooligosaccharide. It is recommended to take one capsule per day, preferably before bedtime. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. The product should be stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25°C, away from light and out of the reach of children. The ingredients of the capsules include maize starch, pre-gelatinised maize starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fructooligosaccharide, various strains of bacteria, gellan, magnesium salts, shellac, alginic acid, triethyl citrate, locust bean gum and olive oil. The product does not contain any allergens. The net quantity is 4.28 g, which corresponds to 10 enteric-coated capsules. The food supplement should not be taken if there is hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Vivatlac Synbiotic can be taken safely for prolonged periods. In the case of concomitant use of antibiotics, the intake of the food supplement should be staggered with the antibiotic intake, but starting with the antibiotic therapy. When travelling, the intake should be started 1-2 days before arrival. The effect of Vivatlac Synbiotikum is based on the targeted supply of the intestinal flora with live bacterial cultures to support the balance of microorganisms in the intestine.
