The oil can be used for breath stimulating embrocation (ASE) and is especially beneficial for the skin in the cold season. It strengthens and vitalises the skin and promotes conscious breathing. The product can also be used to prevent changes in the chest area. It is applied gently to the back and chest. The oil can be used in daily body care or as an additive in the washing water.
