Aquilea Relax Forte is a dietary supplement that supports and helps to relax in cases of acute stress. It contains a combination of valerian, passion flower and hawthorn, all natural ingredients. The tablets are free from lactose and gluten as well as colourings and are therefore also suitable for vegans. The recommended daily dose is one tablet, which should not be exceeded. Aquilea Relax Forte is manufactured in Germany and is part of the Aquilea Relax product range. As a student, it can sometimes be very stressful and hectic. I then like to take the tablets to give me a mental boost and I always have the impression that it helps.

As a mum, I'm often under pressure to juggle everything and do everyone justice. The tablets have simply made my everyday life more relaxed, but the only unavoidable point deduction is probably the unpleasant odour ;)

I have to say right at the beginning that the tablets are very large and the odour also takes some getting used to. I took the tablets once a day. They made me feel calmer and more relaxed. However, the price is very high. But I prefer to take something natural and not something chemical.

As this remedy is herbal and non-prescription, the tablets can have a supportive effect. Every body reacts differently. I found the odour of the tablets very unpleasant. As I get nervous easily, the tablets helped me to be a bit more relaxed. I was sometimes able to sleep through the night with the tablets, but not regularly. As I said, everyone's body reacts differently to these tablets. These tablets can be sufficient for minor complaints. You have to find out for yourself.
