Leukomed skin sensitive is a sterile wound dressing with wound pad suitable for light to moderately exuding wounds such as cuts or abrasions. It is particularly suitable for fragile or already damaged skin. The skin-friendly silicone application ensures a secure hold while allowing gentle removal. The dressing is absorbent and has high water vapour permeability to reduce the risk of maceration. It can absorb wound secretions from light to moderate exuding wounds and is sterile, making it suitable for covering wounds after surgery. Application is simple: the first backing sheet is removed, the wound dressing with the silicone application is applied to the skin, the second backing sheet is carefully peeled off and the wound dressing is smoothed.
