Summary: Leukoplast Fixomull stretch is an adhesive dressing for the fixation of wound dressings, probes, catheters and measuring elements. The dressing is flexible and adapts well to contoured body parts. It has good immediate and permanent adhesion as well as good air and water vapour permeability. This prevents constriction, congestion and circulatory problems. Leukoplast Fixomull stretch is made of polyester fleece coated with polyacrylate adhesive. This product is used to adhere the gauze bandages. It is very pleasant . Fixing the gauze bandages with the bandage clips had the opposite effect to what you wanted. As the bandage clips stung new wounds, the gauze bandage was then glued with Fixomull. I am also very satisfied here.
