Directions for use of the product Dr. Jacobs Schlaf Schön tablets: Food supplement to be taken shortly before going to bed. Each tablet contains valerian extract (170 mg), lemon balm extract (68 mg), passion flower extract (68 mg), hops extract (34 mg), magnesium (112.5 mg), melatonin (1 mg) and silicon (3 mg). The recommended dosage is one tablet with water. Higher individual dosages may be appropriate. The product should be stored out of the reach of children. The product should be stored in a dry place. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The product does not contain any allergens. The net quantity is 66 g (90 tablets).
