I have tried it out a bit and have to say that when I take 3 tablets I get exactly what I expected. Very good and much better than conventional remedies.

I have to say it is a reliable sleep aid, I have taken 2-3 in the evening and am no longer so sleepy in the morning. I can recommend it.
