The tablets from Doppelherz system provide the body with magnesium for many hours of the day for normal function of the muscles and nervous system.The special thing about these tablets is the 2-phase depot system.This consists of two different tablet layers that work on the principle of rapid and long-term nutrient release.

In the direct phase, 300 mg of magnesium with a citrate content of 50 mg and 2.5 mg of vitamin B6 are released.In the depot phase, 200 mg of magnesium is released along with 2.5 mg of vitamin B6.In the depot phase, the magnesium is gradually released over many hours, while in the direct phase it is available more quickly.

Magnesium supports normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system.It contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function.Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and plays a role in the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Doppelherz Magnesium 500 Depot system tablets contain the following ingredients: magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid, microcrystalline cellulose, isomalt, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, modified starch, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, fatty acids, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, iron oxides and iron hydroxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride, talc,Thiamine hydrochloride, silicon dioxide, coconut oil and cyanocobalamin.

Composition per ½ tablet: Magnesium 250 mg (66.5% NRV*), Vitamin B1 1.1 mg (100% NRV*), Vitamin B6 2.5 mg (178.5% NRV*), Vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100% NRV*).Composition per 1 tablet: Magnesium 500 mg (133% NRV*), Vitamin B1 2.2 mg (200% NRV*), Vitamin B6 5 mg (357% NRV*), Vitamin B12 5 µg (200% NRV*).*Nutrient reference values according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Contraindications

Dosage

The recommended intake for Doppelherz Magnesium 500 Depot system tablets is ½ to 1 tablet daily, taken whole with a meal and sufficient liquid.If there is an increased need for magnesium, for example due to heavy physical exertion in conjunction with a diet low in magnesium, 1 tablet can be taken daily.If you have an unbalanced diet, taking ½ tablet per day is sufficient.
