Directions for use of the article Doppelherz system Magnesium 400 DEPOT-Tablets: Doppelherz system Magnesium 400 DEPOT-Tablets are food supplements containing magnesium and vitamins B1, B6 and B12. Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important, as food supplements are no substitute for this. The recommended intake depends on the individual need, the magnesium content of the diet and the degree of physical exertion. 1/2 - 1 tablet should be taken daily, unchewed, with a meal and sufficient liquid. If there is an increased need for magnesium, for example due to heavy physical exertion in combination with a diet low in magnesium, 1 tablet should be taken daily. If there is only an unbalanced diet, 1/2 tablet can be taken. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. The tablets should be stored in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C and out of the reach of children. Persons with impaired kidney function, pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents should not use the product. Amounts above 250 mg of magnesium may cause laxative effects in sensitive individuals.
