The ingredients of Doppelherz Melatonin Gums include sweeteners such as maltitol and steviol glycosides from stevia, starch, maltodextrin, acidity regulator citric acid, chamomile flower extract, coloring vegetable charcoal, coconut oil, natural flavor, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin and glazing agent carnauba wax.

The product contains 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 per daily serving, which corresponds to one gum, which corresponds to 100% of the nutrient reference values according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011.It also contains 1 mg melatonin and 20 mg chamomile flower extract, for which there are no nutrient reference values.

Dosage
