Adults take 1 capsule once daily, unchewed, with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Bakanasan Nervenkraft Plus is suitable for long-term use and should be taken once a day for at least 30 days, as the natural ingredients need this time to develop their full effect. It is recommended to take the capsules in the morning, as the B vitamins contained provide energy and thus activate the body. One pack contains a supply for two months.

Tip:

Vegetarians should pay attention to their supply of vitamin B12, as significant amounts of this vitamin are only found in animal foods. Unlike all other B vitamins, it can be stored in the body for years. Do not take at the same time as drugs that act via the GABA receptor (e.g. barbiturates or benzodiazipines).
