Instructions for use of arnica essence

Arnica essence is a tincture that is used externally.It serves to stimulate and harmonize the metabolic and form processes in the event of tissue and organ damage, especially after mechanical influences and disruptions to the blood supply.Areas of application include blunt injuries such as strains, contusions, bruises and bruises.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and composition

The arnica essence contains arnica, planta tota mother tincture, as the active ingredient.Other components include ethanol with a proportion of 30 percent by volume.This composition may cause skin irritation or inflammation if used frequently.

Application and dosage

The arnica essence is used diluted for compresses.For adults and children over one year old, it is recommended to add a tablespoon of the essence to a quarter liter of water.A compress or a suitable cloth is soaked with the diluted essence and placed on the injured area.The bottle should be shaken before use to ensure even distribution.

The envelope is initially renewed every quarter to half hour and later at longer intervals.Treatment should be continued until the symptoms subside and should be completed after two weeks.If there is no improvement within two to five days, you should see a doctor.

Contraindications and precautions

Arnica essence must not be used on open wounds and is not suitable for infants in their first year of life as there is insufficient experience.People with hypersensitivity to arnica or other daisy family should not use the product.If symptoms persist or are unclear, a doctor should be consulted.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.Interactions with other medicines are not known.

Side effects

When used, allergic reactions such as itching, reddening of the skin and blistering may occur.Frequent and prolonged use can promote the development of new allergies to arnica.If you experience side effects, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Storage and shelf life

The medicine should not be stored above 25°C and should not be used after the expiry date stated on the label.
