Instructions for use of arnica essence

Arnica essence is a tincture for external use.It contains Arnica, Planta tota mother tincture as the active ingredient and ethanol with an alcohol content of 30% by volume as the other ingredient.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

Arnica essence is used in accordance with anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.It serves to stimulate and harmonize the metabolic and form processes in the event of tissue and organ damage, especially after mechanical influences and disruptions to the blood supply.Areas of application include blunt injuries of all kinds such as strains, bruises, bruises and bruises.

Application instructions

Arnica essence is used diluted to make compresses.For compresses on uninjured skin, add 1 tablespoon of arnica essence to 1/4 liter of water.A compress or a suitable cloth is soaked with the diluted essence and placed on the injured area.The bottle should be shaken before use to ensure even distribution.

The envelope is initially renewed every quarter to half an hour, later at longer intervals.The treatment is continued until the symptoms subside and should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 2 to 5 days, you should consult a doctor.

Contraindications

Arnica essence must not be used on open wounds.If you are hypersensitive to arnica or other composite plants such as chrysanthemums and yarrow, the product should not be used.Arnica Essence should not be used in infants in their first year of life as there is no sufficiently documented experience.

Side effects

When using preparations containing arnica on the skin, allergic reactions in the form of itching and reddening of the skin with blistering (eczema) can occur.Frequent and prolonged use can promote the development of new allergies to arnica.

Composition

10 Grams (corresponding to 10.4 milliliters) of arnica essence contain arnica as the active ingredient, Planta tota mother tincture in an amount of 6 grams. The other ingredient is ethanol with a proportion of 30% (m/m).

Storage

Arnica essence should not be stored above 25 °C.The medicine must not be used after the expiry date stated on the label and carton.
