Doppelherz active silica + biotin + zinc are dietary supplements in tablet form.They contain silica, calcium, magnesium, biotin, zinc and copper.No prescription is required for this product.

Mode of action

The tablets contain an ideal combination of minerals:

Natural silica is rich in silicon and oxygen and promotes a healthy structure and firm hold of skin, hair, nails and connective tissue.

Calcium is a vital mineral that contributes to bone maintenance and muscle function and stimulus transmission.

Magnesium plays a role in the activation of enzymes and supports energy metabolism, the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.

Biotin promotes the health and cell metabolism of skin, hair and nails.

Zinc supports the normal function of the immune system and plays a role in protecting cell components from oxidative damage.The vital trace element also contributes to maintaining the health of the skin.

The tablets contain silica, filler sorbitol, calcium carbonate, filler microcrystalline cellulose, filler polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium oxide, palm fat (fully hardened), release agent silicon dioxide, coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, starch, filler cellulose powder, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, release agent magnesium hydroxide carbonate, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, zinc sulfate, filler rubberarabic, filler hydroxypropylcellulose, coating agent polyethylene glycol, release agent talc, copper sulfate and D-biotin.
