Use and consumption recommendations

To use, you can stir 1 teaspoon (5 g) of Indian psyllium seeds into 250 ml of liquid, such as water or juice, 2 to 3 times a day.Allow the seeds to soak for at least 10 minutes and then drink the mixture.Due to their taste-neutral profile, the seeds can also be used as a valuable ingredient in muesli, yoghurt or fruit puree.After consumption, it is recommended to also drink about 250 ml of water.
