Use/application/recommended consumption

To use, 1 teaspoon (5 g) of Indian psyllium seeds are stirred into 250 ml of liquid, such as water or juice, 2 to 3 times a day.The mixture should soak for at least 10 minutes and then be drunk.Due to their neutral taste, the seeds can also be used as a valuable ingredient in muesli, yoghurt or fruit puree.After consumption, it is recommended to drink around 250 ml of water.

Storage conditions
