Areas of application

Aurica chamomile tea is used internally for cramps and inflammatory diseases in the gastrointestinal area.It can be used externally for inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes as well as bacterial skin diseases, including the oral cavity and gums.It is also suitable for inhalations for inflammatory diseases and irritations of the airways as well as for baths and rinses for diseases of the anal and genital areas.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to composite plants such as arnica, chamomile, marigold or yarrow.

Dosage instructions and method of application

For gastrointestinal illnesses, it is recommended to drink a cup of the freshly prepared tea infusion 3 to 4 times a day between meals.To prepare it, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 heaped tablespoon of chamomile flowers (approx. 3 g), cover and, if necessary, pass through a tea strainer after about 5 to 10 minutes.For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and preparing poultices, an infusion is prepared in the specified amount or the required multiple: 3 to 10 g of chamomile flowers are poured with 100 ml of boiling water, covered and after about 5 to 10 minutes strained through a tea strainer.As a bath additive, 50 g of chamomile flowers are used in 10 l of water.

Note: The infusion must not be used in the eye area.
