Areas of application

Aurica fennel tea is used for mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints, bloating and flatulence.It can also help with catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.The tea consists of the whole fruits of the bitter fennel (Foeniculum vulgare MILL.) and is also popular in pediatrics due to its spicy and bitter-sweet taste.

Dosage instructions and method of application

Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows two to three times a day: A teaspoonful (approx. 2.5 g) of fennel tea, crushed shortly before use, is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and, if necessary, passed through a tea strainer.The tea infusion must always be prepared with boiling water, especially when preparing it for babies.For infants and small children, the tea infusion can also be used to dilute milk or porridge.

Important notes

Be careful if you are allergic to spices, essential oils, turpentine oil, certain preservatives, phenol, coumarins, cinnamon, birch, poplar buds, propolis, valerian, turmeric and rosin.
