Instructions for use: Aurica Fennel Tea

No prescription is required for this product.Aurica Fennel Tea is used to relieve digestive complaints such as mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal discomfort, a feeling of fullness, and flatulence.It can also help with catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.The tea consists of the whole fruits of bitter fennel (*Foeniculum vulgare* Mill.), which is also popular in pediatrics due to its aromatic and bittersweet taste.

Indications

Aurica Fennel Tea is traditionally used for mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints such as flatulence and a feeling of fullness.It also has a mucolytic effect and facilitates expectoration, providing relief during upper respiratory tract infections accompanied by coughing, sore throat, and inflammation of the mucous membranes.

Dosage instructions and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of the tea infusion—prepared as follows—2 to 3 times daily: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over one heaped teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) of fennel tea (crushed shortly before use) and strain through a tea sieve if necessary.For infants and young children, the tea infusion can also be used to dilute milk and baby food (purees/porridge).The tea infusion must always be prepared using boiling water, especially when preparing it for infants.

Consult a doctor in the event of acute complaints that persist for more than a week or recur periodically.
