Application

About three tablespoons of bath salt (approx. 50 g) are used for a full bath, one tablespoon for a sitz bath and one teaspoon for a foot bath.The bathing time should be at least 30 minutes, but can also be extended up to an hour.Gently rubbing the skin with a massage glove or bath brush while bathing can stimulate blood circulation and remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin smooth and rosy.
