Aurica lime blossom tea is used for colds and associated coughs.The linden blossoms activate the immune system and alleviate symptoms such as coughs and colds.Due to their diaphoretic, calming and anti-irritant effects, they are traditionally used for colds and flu-like infections, which can be accompanied by headaches, sore throats and fever.

Dosage instructions and method of application

Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk once or twice a day: 1 teaspoonful (approx. 1.8 g) of lime blossom tea is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes strained through a tea strainer.The tea has a pleasantly sweet taste and can be sweetened with a little honey, which makes it particularly popular with children.

The medicinally active ingredient is linden blossom.The lime blossoms act as a natural mixture and come from a deciduous tree up to 25 meters high with white, intensely fragrant flowers and heart-shaped leaves.The plant parts used are extracts from flowers, rarely from leaves, and tea from the flowers.
