Dosage instructions and method of application

Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to drink a cup of the freshly prepared tea infusion 3 to 4 times a day between meals.To do this, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 2 to 3 teaspoons of tea, cover and let it steep for about 15 minutes and then strain it through a tea strainer.
