No prescription is required for this product.Aurica Sleep and Nerve Tea is a herbal sedative that is used for nervous agitation and difficulty falling asleep.The mixture has a calming and sleep-inducing effect.

This tea is used for nervous restlessness and difficulty falling asleep.The relaxing and beneficial effect is based on the interaction of carefully selected medicinal plants such as valerian root, lemon balm leaves, hop cones and lavender flowers.These help in stressful times to cope better with nervous stress and thus counteract nervous-related sleep disorders.

Dosage instructions and method of application

Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of the freshly prepared tea infusion is drunk 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed.To do this, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 tablespoon full of Aurica Sleep and Nerve Tea, cover and let it steep for about 10 to 15 minutes and then strain it through a tea strainer.
