Medi-Test Glucose are test strips that are used to quickly detect glucose in urine.These test strips are available without a prescription and are suitable for various applications.

Application

The test strips are used for early detection and monitoring of diabetes mellitus as well as for detecting metabolic abnormalities.They are also useful for preventive diagnostics, therapy monitoring and patient self-monitoring.The test strips are used exclusively to detect pathological changes in human urine.

Instructions for use

You should discuss any positive or unclear findings with your doctor.Even if the test does not produce any results but the symptoms persist, you should seek medical advice.If you suspect a false negative result, repeat the test with a test strip from a previously unopened container or consult your doctor.Only well-rinsed, clean vessels should be used to collect urine.The urine should be examined as soon as possible after collection.Always only remove the necessary number of test strips and do not touch the test fields.After removal, close the pack tightly again immediately and do not remove the desiccant in the stopper.Store the test strips away from sunlight and moisture.Store the can cool (not in the fridge!) and dry at temperatures between +4 to +30°C.If stored properly, the test strips will last until the printed expiry date.You should always discard damaged test strips or cans.The test strip container stopper contains a non-toxic desiccant.If it is swallowed, drink plenty of water (if necessary, consult a doctor).Dispose of the used test strips with household waste.Keep the test strips out of the reach of children.
