Tispol Ibu-DD film-coated tablets contain the active ingredient ibuprofen as ibuprofen-DL-lysine salt.This medicine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and analgesic that has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.It is used for mild to moderate pain such as headaches, toothaches, period pains and fever.The product is suitable for children weighing 20 kg or more (6 years and older), teenagers and adults.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The active ingredient is ibuprofen.One film-coated tablet contains 400 mg ibuprofen as ibuprofen-DL-lysine (1:1).The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, povidone (K 30), magnesium stearate (vegetable), titanium dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose and hypromellose.

Tispol Ibu-DD is used for mild to moderate pain such as headaches, toothaches, period pains and fever.It is suitable for children weighing 20 kg or more (6 years and older), teenagers and adults.

Dosage and application

The dosage depends on the patient's body weight and age.Children 6-9 years old (20-29 kg) take 1/2 tablet 1-3 times a day, children 10-11 years old (30-39 kg) take 1/2 tablet 1-4 times a day, and adolescents from 12 years old and adults (over 40 kg) take 1/2-1 tablet 1-4 times a day.The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets.The tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid, preferably during meals.

Without medical advice, adults should not use the medicine for longer than 3 days if they have a fever or for more than 4 days if they have pain.Children and adolescents should not use the medicine for longer than 3 days without medical advice.If symptoms worsen, medical advice should generally be sought.

Contraindications

Tispol Ibu-DD must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients, if you have ulcerative changes in the digestive tract, if you have active bleeding such as gastrointestinal bleeding or cerebral hemorrhage, if you have severe liver or kidney dysfunction, if you have severe heart failure, in the last third of pregnancy and in children under 20 kg (6 years of age).

Side effects

Possible side effects include gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flatulence, constipation and abdominal pain.Headaches, dizziness, insomnia, fatigue, irritability, skin hypersensitivity reactions and attacks of shortness of breath may also occur.In rare cases, serious skin reactions may occur.
