ProntOral mouthwash solution is a product for MRE-decolonization of the oral cavity and throat.It serves to maintain physiological oral flora and is particularly suitable for long-term use.The solution is alcohol-free and has a pleasant peppermint taste.

Properties

ProntOral mouthwash solution is characterized by very good mucous membrane compatibility.It is particularly suitable for sensitive and problematic oral mucous membranes and is suitable for supportive care of patients who have undergone radiation therapy.

Indications

The mouthwash solution is used for MRE-decolonization of the mouth and throat.It helps prevent the formation of plaque, tooth decay, periodontitis and gingivitis.It is also suitable for patients with impaired mucous membranes, for example after oncological radiation or chemotherapy.

Application

ProntOral mouthwash solution should be gargled several times a day for 30 seconds (for MRSA for 60 seconds) with about 10 ml of undiluted solution.The solution should not be swallowed or rinsed afterwards.

Ingredients

The mouthwash solution contains 0.15% polyaminopropyl biguanide (polihexanide), flavor, sodium cyclamate, surfactants and other excipients.

Side effects and contraindications

In very rare cases, dry skin or a slight burning sensation may occur after use, but this will disappear after a few minutes.ProntOral mouthwash solution must not be used in patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients.It should not be used in the middle or inner ear or in the eyes.

Application limitations

There are no data that indicate mutagenic or embryotoxic effects of the ingredients.Since polihexanide is not absorbed systemically, excretion into breast milk is unlikely.However, the product should only be used in pregnant women, breastfeeding women, newborns and small children after careful clinical evaluation.

General safety instructions

ProntOral mouthwash solution should only be used on intact skin and mucous membranes.It must not be infused or injected and should not be swallowed.If ingested, you should rinse your mouth, drink enough water and consult a doctor.In case of contact with eyes, they should be rinsed thoroughly with water.If eye irritation persists, a specialist should be consulted.

Close the container immediately after each use and only use perfect, undamaged bottles.Any remaining ProntOral Wipes should be discarded after use.Bottles should be kept away from direct sunlight.
